In the past two years, Alvaro expanded his expertise into the tax field—handling data entry, completing tax courses, and officially becoming a tax preparer last year. He now assists with personal tax returns while continuing to support administrative operations, customer service needs, and notary services, including weddings.

Tatiana Garcia is a versatile, bilingual HR, Payroll, and Tax Specialist known for being detail-oriented, highly accurate, and deeply committed to people and community. With strong experience in payroll administration, recruiting, onboarding, and employee support in fast-paced environments, she brings a confidentiality-first, service-driven approach to every interaction. Tatiana excels at coordinating HR functions, resolving employee issues, and improving operational workflows—supporting teams of 40+ employees while consistently meeting organizational goals.
In addition to her HR and payroll expertise, Tatiana is also a tax preparer, helping clients stay organized, compliant, and confident throughout tax season. She is a Payroll Specialist who understands the importance of doing things right the first time—whether that means ensuring precise payroll processing, maintaining clean documentation, or streamlining systems that save time and reduce errors.
Beyond her professional work, Tatiana is a dedicated community activist and the business owner behind M&T (Instagram: @mtgarciadesigns), where she blends creativity and entrepreneurship to serve and uplift her community. She is currently pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management, and remains focused on delivering reliable, people-centered solutions that strengthen workplace culture and support long-term success.
